At Relish Prepared, Chef Kristin brings 20 years in the food industry (including 5 years as a chef) to wholesome, comfort-style meal prep made fresh in Shelton. Inspired by classic comfort cooking with global touches—and her years running a food trailer in Puerto Rico plus cooking at an Italian restaurant—every grab-and-go meal and sauce is made from scratch, never frozen, so busy weeks still taste amazing.
