Our Story

Relish Prepared opened in November 2024 with a passion for bringing real, flavorful food to the community. The kitchen is led by Chef Kristin, who brings over 20 years of experience in the food industry and several years working as a professional chef.

Before opening Relish, Chef Kristin spent three years running a food trailer in Puerto Rico and also worked as a chef at an Italian restaurant there. Those experiences shaped her cooking style — blending comforting, familiar meals with bold flavors and techniques learned from different cuisines.

Today, every meal and grab-and-go item at Relish is made with the same care and attention to detail you would expect from a restaurant kitchen.
